Remindify is a service operated by Gramatojums, SIA (reg. no. 40003361141), a company registered in Latvia.

What data we collect

To provide our AI-assisted payment reminder service, we may process:

• Email content — invoice details, payment terms, and correspondence you share with us to draft reminders.
• Account information — your name, email address, and subscription status.
• Payment records — processed entirely by our payment partner Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

How we use your data

We use your data for a single purpose: to help you get paid. Specifically:

• To draft and deliver polite, human-sounding payment reminders.
• To manage your subscription and communicate about the service.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond providing the service.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of:

• Contractual necessity — to provide the reminder service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interest — for essential service operations and improvement.

Who processes your data

We keep things simple. Your data stays within a minimal set of trusted infrastructure:

• Google — for email hosting (Gmail) and AI-powered reminder drafting (Gemini). Google Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — for payment processing and subscription management. Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — for website hosting, security, and anonymous usage analytics. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Remindify itself does not run its own database of client invoices. At this stage, the service is manual-first: data passes through Google infrastructure and Stripe on an as-needed basis.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how our website is used. It does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors across sites, and does not collect personal data. We see aggregate page views and referrer information only.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we keep it until you request deletion — or we delete it as part of periodic cleanup if there is no ongoing relationship.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law (including GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — ask what data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data.
